    Stephanie Foy is the owner and project lead of Foy & Associates. She is a consultant working in organization development, event management, and leadership coaching. Stephanie believes in the human potential of every person and strives to create opportunities for people to give voice and action to the fullness of who they were created to be. She is committed to the values of social justice, self-determination, and the value and equality of every person.

    While she has a highly creative and visionary capacity, her ability to execute and ensure the success of the project has made her a sought-after consultant. Stephanie prides herself on her orientation and ability to get things done, even when they seem improbable. She brings a propensity for taking on new things, flexibility, and decisive action. She has experience in all sectors, whether it is a small church or multinational corporation, she brings her full complement of skills and experiences to bear.

    Stephanie has a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Houston, and Bachelors in Business Administration from Texas A&M University.

    Stephanie is one of the founding chairpersons of Unity in the Community, the community outreach effort for her church, Unity of Houston. She has served on the University of Houston Alumni Association Board of Directors. and board for the Graduate College of Social Work Alumni Association. She has served in a variety of volunteer leadership roles at her church. She has served on numerous community boards and has been an active volunteer in a variety of nonprofit organizations.

    She is married to Dana Foy. They have three adult children, Steven, Amy & Andrew, son-in-law Jarrod and granddaughters Laurel and Ivy.

  • Mary Jane White

    Mary Jane White is a Wellness Coach in Houston, Texas, who has used mind-body skills in her professional and personal life since 1992. Her passion is to mentor, teach and train people to function at their highest level of wellness and wellbeing. She helps people to be proactive in prevention and wellness, to choose careers and avocations that support their goals, and to focus on becoming a healthy mind in a healthy body with a healthy attitude.

    Mary Jane’s eclectic and extensive background in mind/body medicine, psychotherapy, stress management and cognitive-behavioral therapy gives her a unique ability to teach people strategies that are Positive, Practical, Productive, Powerful and Purposeful for living a meaningful life.

    Throughout the 90s, Mary Jane was the Director of the Mind/Body Medical Institute at a large hospital system in Houston – this was an affiliate clinic of the Beth Israel-Deaconess Mind/Body Medical Institute begun by Dr. Herbert Benson. Mary Jane was also part of a team that trained clinicians throughout the United States to use mind-body skills in their respective practices to help patients manage the stress of chronic illnesses.

    Mary Jane has been involved with the Center for Mind-Body Medicine (CMBM) in Washington, D.C. for the past five years, including completing the Advanced Training as well as becoming Certified with CMBM. She is part of the leadership team for the Greater Houston Healing Collaborative, a joint effort with the Institute for Spirituality and Healing, several other Houston organizations, and CMBM to provide care and support to those affected by traumatic events such as Hurricane Harvey.

    Mary Jane is also an artist who does collage, makes jewelry and designs purses. AND, she loves animals.

  • Andrew Foy

    Andrew Foy is the technical director and project manager of Foy & Associates.

    Andrew began working as a project manager after five years in media production and education. He seeks to make the most effective use of technology to provide the best participant and user experience possible.

    Andrew has managed communication and training amongst several different vendors, exhibitors, and clients. He delivers excellent outcomes by focusing on details confirming processes amongst contractors.

    Andrew has a degree in Radio-Television-Film from the University of Texas at Austin and extensive post-baccalaureate studies in sustainability.

    Andrew is an active volunteer and climate advocate with multiple non-profit organizations. He is also an avid triathlete, rock climber, and former swim coach.
